North Spirit Vodka Sour is a refreshing classic cocktail with a perfect balance of sweet and tart
- 50 ml North Spirit Vodka
- 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Lemon Peel, Orange Wedge, or Cherry for Garnish
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup (1 sugar to 1 water – Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves)
Instructions
- 🍹 Pour all ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker, shake well to create a foam
- 🍹 Put in Ice and Shake well again
- 🍹 Strain into a Rocks Glass with Ice
- 🍹 Garnish with what you prefer
