- 50 ml North Spirit Vodka
- 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Lemon Wedge or Wheel for Garnish
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup (1 sugar to 1 water – Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves)
Instructions
- 🍹 Pour North Spirit Vodka, Lemon Juice, and Sugar Syrup into a Cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake it well
- 🍹 Strain into a Highball glass filled with Ice
- 🍹 Top up with Club Soda
- 🍹 Garnish with a Lemon Wedge
